What a ridiculous day! A little bit of snow falls and the whole country grinds to a halt. It's really a bit of a joke to be honest. We get some minor weather and anyone would think it was a full on avalanche blizzard of death. In Canada a few weeks back, people had -20degrees and 3 feet of snow, and just got on with it. Worcester gets 2 inches of snow and it's bedlam... People rush home from work as if they won't be able to get home, and buy up bread, milk, and other food like there won't be any more made... EVER. It's stupidity on a grand scale.

Went to the gym today because St John's sports centre shut the 'all weather' pitches... Ha!

Gym workout was ok, did weights first then 40mins of cardio, and felt good. We'll see if doing them in reverse has any longer term benefit ;)
